EARLY ACCESS

Privacy in this preview.

Claudfather is being built around a simple boundary: website accounts belong to the website; your team’s work belongs on your computer.

Website account information

When sign-in is enabled, we use your Google account identifier, verified email address and name to create and recognize your Claudfather account. We store website sessions, your workspace name and ownership, and the computer addresses you register. Sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar, and we do not retain Google access or refresh tokens.

Your computer and your team

The demo uses synthetic data. For an approved computer, your browser reads operational data and sends approved actions directly through the shared Plane interface; the website server does not proxy that traffic. Website sign-in alone does not grant access to your computer or team.

Cookies and services

Sign-in uses necessary cookies for your session and the login flow. The application does not include advertising trackers, product analytics or session replay. Google processes sign-in; the hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate the website.

Before public account enrollment

This is a development disclosure, not the final public privacy policy. The operator must publish the service contact, selected data processors, retention and deletion process before opening registration to the public. You can permanently delete a selected website workspace and, after deleting each owned workspace, your account. Local computer access is managed on each computer. Minimal unconfirmed closure records are retained without expiry; application security events expire after 30 days, with hosted scheduler and provider-log retention still requiring operator setup.
